1. What Gantry is

Gantry Health, Inc. ("Gantry") operates a knowledge graph of US healthcare providers, facilities, and organizations built from storable public data, and the websites and applications that serve it.

2. Information we collect

Account information you provide (name, work email, company), usage telemetry from our applications and API, and correspondence you send us. The graph itself contains professional — not consumer — information about licensed healthcare providers and businesses.

If you pay per request without an account, we hold no account information about you. Stripe processes the payment and shares with us what it shares with any merchant: the amount, the status, and details such as a card's brand and last four digits, never the full card number. A payment in USDC also records the paying wallet's address and the transaction on a public blockchain. Cloudflare, which runs the payment endpoint, sees each request's network address and uses it to limit request rates; that address is not passed on to our API.

3. How we use it

To operate and secure the service, meter plans, process and record payments, improve data quality, and communicate with you. We do not sell your account information.

4. Provider information in the graph

Professional records (e.g. practice addresses, licensure, affiliations) are compiled from public sources. Providers may contact legal@gantry.health to review or dispute records about themselves.

5. Retention, security, and your rights

We retain account data while your account is active, payment records as long as tax and accounting rules require, and other data as required by law, protect it with industry-standard controls, and honor applicable access and deletion rights. Questions: legal@gantry.health.

6. Text messages

When you text our support number, (845) 4-GANTRY, we use your mobile number and your messages only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
